		<description><![CDATA[Abstract Positron -decay of the nuclei (22Na, 64Cu, 68Ga, etc.), considered as topological quantum transition and the orthopositronium at dynamics of which there is one virtual photon, allow to present space-time final state &#8220;outside&#8220; of a light cone, as arena of additional -physics. The experimental and theoretical bases of a displacement current of all physical charges (interactions) are submitted that allows to postulate the status of the physical observer and to present a dark matter/energy as stochastic gravitational waves. ]]></description>
