Abstract
The most important reason for the increasing instability of the world is the stagnation of fundamental physics (mid-1970s). The fate of civilization on Earth determined the ability of Homo Sapiens to get out of torpor facing the prospect of the development of new physics in space-time ‘outside’ of the Light Cone (in addition to the Standard Model – the ‘inside’ of the Light Cone), followed by the emergence of innovative, non-destructive technology (terrestrial and space).
