THE ROLE OF COMBINED COMPLEX OF ULTRA-LOW DOSES OF DEHYDROTHYROZINE CHOLINE ETHERS AND MAGNETIZED WATER UNDER SUBCLINICAL HYPOTHYROIDISM AT RATS

Abstract
In the given series of researches by application high-precision and high-specific method of imuunoenzymatic analysis studying combined influences of dehydrothyrozine choline ethers and magnetized water on change of indicators of concentration of thyroid stimulating hormone and thyroid hormones in sixteen-monthly rats’ blood serum is spent at a pathology of a thyroid gland of type of subclinical hypothyroidism. Researches have shown that at sixteen-monthly rats’ at subclinical hypothyroidism there was a sharp increase of level of thyroid stimulating hormone and level fall of thyroid hormones in blood. After influence of ultra-low doses of magnetized water and dehydrothyrozine choline ethers in blood of rats had a concentration of fall of thyroid stimulating hormone and level increase of thyroid hormones and reach their values at intact animals. The urgency of the given series of researches consists that dehydrothyrozine choline ethers concern to choline ethers of N-substituted-α, β-dehydroaminoacids which, in turn, being synthetic analogues raising neurotransmitter acetylcholine, playing an important role in system of cell neuroendocrine regulation, show strongly pronounced protector action at various pathologies of an organism of mammals, including at pathologies of a thyroid gland, such as hypothyroidisms and hyperthyroidisms. Magnetized water is the biogenic stimulant rendering a wide spectrum of influence at numerous morbid conditions of an organism of mammals. The obtained data with influence of ultra-low doses of the given chemical substances of 10-13 and 10-17 M on damaged by subclinical hypothyroidism c of a thyroid gland at rats testifies that protector effect from combined application of ultra-low doses of magnetized water and dehydrothyrozine choline ethers is possible in a short space of time at influence carrying out by the given preparations. Obtained given the present research testify about protector action of ultra-low doses of a combined complex of magnetized water and dehydrothyrozine choline ethers at sixteen-monthly rats which, possibly, is ells caused by influence of the given chemical substances on processes of hydration of the damaged cells of a thyroid gland and a water role, as the universal intermediary in endocellular processes.
