Abstract
In this paper methods of calculating the density of the current in casewwero superlattice with cosine dispersion. This law is the most common. The proposed methods of calculation of the current density is simple and accessible to understanding how highly qualified specialists with master and postgraduate students of physical specialties. The results obtained can be used for calculation of electric fields.
