Abstract
It was shown that one of the effective methods for determining the size of spherical and cylindrical nanoobektov available pore volume of the cavities, voids, their concentration and chemical composition of the annihilation in porous systems and some defective materials (and to a large number of technically important materials and nanomaterials) based on silica is the method of positron annihilation spectroscopy. A brief review of experimental studies nanodefects in porous silicon and silicon irradiated by protons.
