Abstract
Proposed to explore the possibility of phenomenology of the atom of long-range action in search technological approaches to the implementation of the expansion movement in deep space, which by theorists of general relativity (construction of the metrics of space-time) have stimulated. To do this, the first one must to execute the Project crucial experiment for approval the status of additional physics ‘outside’ of the light cone. Its outcome will be an additional basis for the analysis of the problems of interaction of matter and exotic matter (with a negative sign the density of matter/energy) in the context of dark matter/dark energy of new physics.
