ABOUT AN OPPORTUNITY OF A MATHEMATICAL SUBSTANTIATION OF LONG-RANGE ACTION ATOM – ADDITIONAL PHYSICS “OUTSIDE” THE LIGHT CONE

Abstract
Search for two unique numbers (the quadruplets of the prime numbers), that meet the size of the long range action atom (of the core and the atom in whole) is called to ratify in a fundamental context (a priori of the Project Decisive Experiment) an additional Physics “outside” Light Cone in the final State of Topological Quantum Transition (positron beta decay of the nuclei type Na-22, Cu-64, Ga-68, etc.).
