Abstract
In the paper the authors consider the possibility of creation of the composite gels based on sol-gel method by hydrolysis of organometallic compounds of silicon in water-alcoholic mixture. The authors study the rheology of the film-forming solutions according to the time of the solution. The processes of the formation of oxide systems under the influence of the temperature are investigated.
