EFFECTS OF GALARMIN AT DESTRUCTION OF SUPRACHIASMATIC NUCLEUS OF HYPOTHALAMUS AT RATS

Abstract
It is known that all alive beings on the Earth – from plants to the highest mammals – submit to day-night rhythms. At the person depending on time of days the physiological state, intellectual possibilities and even mood cyclically change. Scientists have proved that the matter is that fluctuations of concentration of various hormones in blood serum, both in norm, and at various morbid conditions. Last years in a science about biorhythms, chronobiology, much has been made to position the mechanism of occurrence of diurnal hormonal cycles. Proceeding from I. P. Pavlov's doctrine about unity and integrity in organism activity, it is necessary to consider that the vegetative nervous system, and, in particular, hypothalamic area is an integral part of all central nervous system and peripheric nervous system. Certain interest represents studying of molecular mechanisms and place definition in all-level system of hierarchy of neurohormones of hypothalamus of the peptide nature. Regulator peptides and the ferments interfaced to their function should be considered as complex adaptable system of an organism, organizing realization of adaptive reactions at all levels its integration. To similar bunch of the vital peptides with obscure up to the end the molecular mechanism of action, the proline rich peptides synthesized by A. Galoyan and collaborators from neurosecretory nuclei of a hypothalamus of a horned cattle. Subsequently the primary frame of these peptides that has allowed to synthesize them has been found out and to conduct researches of their biological activity by different high specific methods. In the yielded series of experiments, the application question of hypothalamic neuropeptide galarmin at rats is discussed at destruction of right suprachiasmatic hypothalamic nucleus. Influence of galarmin on immune system and the excitatory system is accompanied by appreciable stimulation aluminous, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism. The got results show protector effect of the yielded chemical substance in processes of change of concentration of thyroid stimulating hormone and thyroid hormones in blood serum of rats with destruction of right suprachiasmatic hypothalamus nucleus.
