ABOUT REALIZATION OF CAUSALITY IN CONDITIONS OF A FULL RELATIVITY

Abstract
The phenomenology two-place (±) atom of long-range action with a nucleus of atom of long-range action in a final state of topological quantum transition replaces representation about experimentally not sold tachion (kinematics, without adequate dynamics). In such processes (full relativity) the principle of causality is caused by presence of the physical observer with function of sounding of the world behind the looking-glass.
