Abstract
Screened Coulomb's torsion balance, in experiments introduced a third argument: the electric field. Charging the screen and the balls charges of different denominations and signs showing how to change the interaction forces of balls in the electric field of the screen. In the author's experience proves that the electric field is uniform. None of the positive and negative charges of the field. There are relatively neutral point. With respect to which we have given the sign of the charge and its voltage. Based on the homogeneity of the field, made certain findings, which are supported by simple and intuitive experiences.
