Abstract
This article provides a brief overview of the spread of such epidemics such as avian flu and encephalitis, describe their impact on the lives and health of the population. The problem with these diseases is relevant everywhere, and that even for Kazakhstan, because the country is in the midst of migration routes of fauna, carriers of dangerous diseases.
