Abstract
This paper argues: the same name but not the equipotential charges are critical distance, if the distance is equal to the critical charge neutral (not attracted to, and not repel ), less than the critical attracted more repelled. The attraction of the same name, but not the equipotential charges obeys the laws of the quadratic function y = ax2 + c. In electrostatics introduces the principle of relativity.
