Abstract
The purpose of the present research was to study the features of concentration of thyroid stimulating hormone and thyroid hormones in blood serum of rats with subclinical hypothyroidism before and after combined action of ultra-low doses of choline ester N – (4 – brombenzoyil) – α, β – dehydrophenylalanyn and choline ester N – (2-metoxybenzoil) – O – isopropyl – α, β - dehydrothyrosine. The researches have shown that two-month rats at subclinical hypothyroidism have sharp increase of thyroid stimulating hormone level and insignificant decrease of thyroid hormones level in blood serum. After the combined therapy by midget doses of the above mentioned chemical compounds, in blood serum of hypothyroid rats the strongly pronounced decrease of concentration of thyroid stimulating hormone and increase of level of thyroid hormones occurred and reached their values at intact animals.
