Abstract
This paper describes the mechanism of formation of the natural and conventional linear ball lightning, starting with the question of the mechanism of energy costs for their occurrence. As it turned out, this mechanism is also the mechanism of the formation of the magnetic field of the planet, and is therefore considered the question of the formation of magnetic fields of the planets in the solar system.

мощностей,ограниченых материальной массой и местом в пространстве.Наэлектролизованные частицы,
ядра конденсации в атмосфере, создают отдельные хаотичные электрические зоны(они не входят в единое магнитное поле плонеты),взаимодействущии между собой и повехностью планеты. Так что,есть
атмосфера,нет атмосферы на плонете,а формирует магнитное поле масса плfнеты и чем больше масса,
тем сильнее магнитное поле. С уважением. Albert
