Abstract
This article is devoted to the research activity of aldehydedehydrogenase and alcoholdehydrogenase in the kidney of rats with thermal injury. The experiments were performed on rats line Wistar. Rats were applied boils under anesthesia. The issue showed that the thermal injury in the kidney changes the catalytic properties of biotransformation enzymes, leading to the development of endogenous intoxication.
