Abstract
This paper analyzes an important indicator of ice conditions - the area of ice coating. This indicator gives an idea about the ice area, as well as the "accuracy" of ice cover, which affects the rate of melting, the potential distribution of ice, as well as the small amount of drift ice outside the normal calculus area of ice cover.
