LIPID NUTRITION DUCKLINGS IN THE PRODUCTION OF MEAT

Abstract
The effect of different levels of fat in the body when they are fattening ducks for meat. It was found that increased levels of fat in the compound feed from 5 to 7% of the live weight of ducklings increased by 3.03%. It is shown that feeding of young animals of feed with high fat content (7.0%) is accompanied by a decrease in feed consumption per 1 kg of live weight at the age of 42, to 0.072 kg, and also helps to improve their quality and yield of slaughter products.
