Abstract
The purpose of the present research was to study the feature of thyroid stimulating hormone and thyroid hormones concentration in blood serum at one month old, three month old, and six month old rats with subclinical hypothyroidism, before and after influence of ultra-low doses of choline ester N – (2-metoxybenzoil) – O – isopropyl – α, β - dehydrothyrosine. Researches have shown that rats in different age groups at subclinical hypothyroidism had sharp increase of thyroid stimulating hormone level and insignificant decrease of the level of thyroid hormones in blood serum. After the action of ultra-low doses of choline ester N – (2-metoxybenzoil) – O – isopropyl – α, β – dehydrothyrosine, in blood serum of rats in diferent age groups it took place the sharp decrease of thyroid stimulating hormone concentration and slight increase of the level of thyroid hormones with achievement of their values at intact animals.
