Abstract
In recent years, widespread construction of scintillation detectors with light collection by Spectrum shifting re-radiators - shifters. Usually it is the optical fiber - Fiber, glued into the scintillator. The use of this technology allows the use of cheaper and more technologically cast scintillator (lower attenuation length of light in comparison with the block), compact photodetectors, and create compact, lightweight and relatively inexpensive construction. The article presents a study of two versions of "fiber" counter scintillator plates with thicknesses of 1 cm and 5 cm, and the test results of the test "fiber" assembly with 3 cm thick scintillator.
